GENERAL

✦ You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent or the owner consent. 

✦ I forbid the use of my commissions for NFT or AI.

✦ I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.

✦ You are free to print out the commission or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale. If you purchased the commercial fees then you are not concerned.

✦ I reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund if i don't feel comfortable or any other reasons.

✦ I reserve the right to not accept some commissions.

✦ Please respect my adress and informations and don't share it anywhere if you are commissioning me.

PAYMENTS

✦ Commissions can only be paid 100% upfront and I will not start working until I receive full payment.

✦ For vtuber models and prices up to 400€, i can accept partial payments. 

✦ Payments can be made via Paypal in euros (€) or Bank transfer (if you are located in France).

REVISIONS

✦ You have up to 4 revisions during the sketch. If you need more revisions on the sketch you will pay extra fees.

Revisions after the sketch and on the final work will cost automatically extra fees.

✦ No Revisions with the Skeb Style commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✦ I generally finish a commission between 1-4 weeks but it may take longer depending on the type of commission.

✦ Vtuber Model and rig take around 1 to 6 months depending on the work requested.

✦ Rush commission (someone who took rush fees) will also change the time of wait.

✦ I'll always inform you if something comes up and if there is a delay with the art.

COMMERCIAL USE

✦ You will be charged by extra fees for any commercial usage. Generally, it will be 100%-200% of the amount you ordered. Please, let me know in advance if you are going to use my work as a commercial use or not !

If you want to sell as merch or use it in some ways which need a payment, it's commercial usage.

For Monetize content such as Twitch use or patreon, it's generally counted on some commissions but if not you have to pay an extra 70%.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ I own the Artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; Post it to other sites such as Twitch, Twitter and Pixiv. Or present it in future art books/ Portfolios etc. 

✦ I don't allow any modifications, any file sharing without my consent. 

If you want to change something on the commission please inform me beforehand.

✦ Proper credit is a must on all your platforms.

REFUNDS

✦ I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY If I have not started working on the sketch. Otherwise, i'll give a refund based on the work i've done.

COMMUNICATION

✦ For the Skeb style commissions, there's no communication as it's a one shot commission. So no revisions can be done.

✦ Everything can be discuss on mail, Twitter, Discord or Vgen.

✦ Contact me if you have any questions about something or if you need a quotation.

PRIVACY​

✦ I'm streaming 4 times a week so i might stream some commissions. Privacy fees will apply if i have to keep your commission secret until the end.

✦ If you don't want to pay privacy fees you can let me streaming the commission without any credits until you reveal on your debut.

✦ Privacy fees are 15% of the amount.

PROCESS

✦  Read ToS and fill out the form. I'll contact you if I accept your request.

An invoice will be sent to your email. Once the payment is received, you will be added to the queue.

✦ I accept AI references for design outfits and charadesign but classic ones will be better for the comprehension and to avoid any mistakes. So use it for the general vibe only and not specific details.

✦ After the artwork is delivered, fixes can only be requested if I made any mistake (color adjustment, missing details..)

✦ In custom commissions, you can request changes on sketch stage. After coloring, only minor adjustments can be requested for any mistakes on my part. For incorrect references provided by the client changes may incur an extra charge.

✦ The final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link. If you ever lose the files contact me again.
